Womens Workshop

We recently hosted an empowering Women’s Workshop at Alpha Works, where the focus was on fostering confidence and effective communication among residents. The session kicked off with a fun game of "Chinese Whispers," illustrating how messages can sometimes get lost in translation. This sparked meaningful discussions about the importance of clear and direct communication in creating a warm and friendly household. After the icebreaker, we took a refreshing break at the Alpha Works coffee bar, where our director embraced her barista moment, delighting everyone with expertly crafted drinks... she says! The afternoon was filled with laughter and teamwork as we divided the women into smaller groups, encouraging participants to connect with new faces. The challenge? To design and build the tallest tower capable of holding the weight of an egg, with ensuring ALL team members were involved! With creativity flowing, the room was filled with giggles and gasps as towers rose and fell, and a few eggs met an unfortunate fate—thank goodness for the dust sheets! The camaraderie, laughter, and shared experiences made this workshop unforgettable. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to such a vibrant atmosphere. We look forward to more empowering events like this in the future!
